BIONICLE: Masks of Power is an all-new action adventure game set in the Bionicle universe. Currently in development by Team Kanohi, BIONICLE: Masks of Power is an ambitious fan project that retells the legendary stories of BIONICLE’s initial launch in 2001. Built from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5, Mata Nui and its inhabitants have been completely re-imagined for the modern day. Revisit beloved locations and characters, brave the dangers of Mata Nui, and get lost in the BIONICLE universe all over again.

Six legendary Toa heroes have washed ashore the island of Mata Nui. Command godlike elemental powers and master each Toa’s unique abilities as you endeavor to find the twelve Kanohi masks of power, hidden deep within the island’s six distinct regions.
Mata Nui welcomes you with an expansive world map filled many unique locations and villages. Challenge fearsome bosses, rescue the hapless Matoran islanders, discover hidden collectables, and uncover the mysteries lurking within.
SAVE THE MATORAN ISLANDERS
There are six main villages of native Matoran islanders on Mata-Nui, who have been waiting desperately for your arrival. Menaced by the shadowy presence known only as the Makuta, they place their hopes in the six Toa heroes of legend. Collect the Kanohi masks of power, upgrade your abilities, and master the elements to face the Makuta’s forces and save the Matoran from certain doom.

TEAM KANOHI is hard at work bringing the world of BIONICLE to life. We are an all-volunteer group of dedicated BIONICLE fans who work around the clock to create the game we wanted to play many years ago.
